When Virat Kohli entered the ashram and met Premanand Maharaj, the saint looked at him and asked a simple question, “Are you happy?” Virat smiled and replied, “I’m fine.” The saint then shared his thoughts, saying that true blessings from God are not about gaining fame or wealth. According to him, real divine grace comes when a person starts to change from within. He explained that when God is pleased, He brings saints into your life and sometimes even gives challenges to help you grow spiritually. The saint added that difficult times are signs that God is happy with us and wants us to rise above worldly attachments.

During the visit, Anushka Sharma became emotional and cried in front of the saint. She asked whether chanting God’s name can truly help. In response, the saint said that it certainly can, and shared his own experience. He explained that he had deeply studied different types of yoga like Sankhya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Karma Yoga, but finally found fulfillment in Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion.
