Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is attempting to go AWOL from the slammer once more. This is the third time he has applied for bail in a sex trafficking case in which applications were twice rejected in the past. His attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, was able to file the new appeal a mere two weeks after his arrest on September 30.

Diddy Seeks Bail Again
Diddy was busted on September 16 at a hotel in Manhattan. On the following day, he appeared before a serious list of charges that leveled at him pertained to using drugs and force on women engaged in adult performance. He is currently detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Centre.
When his bail was initially rejected, Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky was concerned with the past record of Diddy in substance and anger issues. She had to say that she couldn’t believe him when let out causing harm to others. The second judge, Andrew L.Carter, concurred with Brown saying that Didd might be a threat to society.
Diddy’s legal team is enhancing its defense by adding new lawyers, with trial lawyer Anthony Ricco coming on board. Nonetheless, Diddy’s family has been to visit him in jail and according to his lawyer, he is still in the right preparation for his trial.
Didd is scheduled to be arraigned in court on October 9. All the charges have been denied by him.
