Recently, CIA officials disclosed details about a failed terrorist plot targeting Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna. The plan, which was uncovered just in time, aimed to attack tens of thousands of fans at the shows.

Taylor Swift’s Vienna Shows Canceled
Its deputy director, David S. Cohen, unveiled new details about the prevented attack during an Intelligence Summit near Washington D. C. He said the terrorists intended to cause a large number of casualties at the Taylor Swift concert, which could have involved the lives of many Americans. As fate would have it the CIA was kind enough to pass information to the Austrian police that could have stopped the tragedy.
The law enforcement arrested some of the suspects some of whom had bomb making equipment and others were found to have closeness to the concert venue. One of the suspects, a 19-year-old Austrian, said that they planned to use knives and explosives during the show. Other suspects are a 17-year-old from Austria and the other from Iraq and he is 18 years old. The names of the two have not been disclosed.
There were three dates planned for Vienna, beginning of August at Ernst Happel Stadium which would hold approximately 200000 fans. The planned concerts were never to go through as the authorities staged an interception of the intended plan.
Recently, Taylor Swift did not remain silent and expressed her opinions about the cancellations on social networks. She complained about her disappointment and ashamed about the situation and that she felt physically sick when she had to cancel the shows. After the incident she said that to the authorities for their action and for their efforts that ensured that the problem was solved without any loss of lives.
The show organizer Swift said this ‘To have our Vienna concerts canceled was heartbreaking. To give you the reason for the cancellation was to fill me with a new sense of fear And to then have loads of people counting down the days till the concert and the show was off was a tremendous guilt.
