The key events of the current serial’s episode of Anupamaa are described, which was telecasted on July 22 and contains drama and emotions. Anupama eventually locates Anuj but the meeting is not a joyful one for them.
Anupamaa Finds Anuj
The episode begins with Anupamaa frantically looking for Anuj at the temple. When she traces him she is astonished to learn that he is in such a pitiful state. They roll off the breathless concluding words and she begins to cry. Anuj becomes angered and tells her to stop disturbing him. This response surprises and roots everyone in the show including Anupama and everyone around her.

Chaos at the Temple
But at the same time, Babuji and Nandita are in an auto-rickshaw driven by Sagar while Baa has another car with her with Titu as the driver. Nandita sees a man in another auto, this is Sushil, a man who used to call her and threatened to kill her baby. Thus, Sagar becomes outraged, and the latter declares how Sushil dared to do whatever wrong he did.
Nandita nearly fainted after her encounter with Babuji, but Babuji comforts her by telling her to become strong for her daughter. Sagar then brings Anupama into the conversation and says she is strong like a warrior. Nandita responds that she has to be strong for her daughter.
Anupamaa and Anuj’s Unexpected Reunion
At last Anupama shouts to Anuj and again Nandita becomes slippery on the floor and makes Asha fall down from her hands. Anupama shouts Asha’s name and runs towards her to grab her hand. Anuj grabs hold of Asha and glances at the baby, and Anupama styled with disbelief, tears in her eyes watching Anuj’s face. Thus Nandita watches from a distance her baby.
Anupamaa Desperately Looking for Anuj
Later, they all go to a temple and Kinjal, Vanraj and others come too. Kinjal begs Vanraj to do something, as in their household everything is turned upside down. During a microphone test, Anupama, who is occupied with children, calls Anuj Kanha ji and perhaps because his back is turned, he did not hear what she said. When the aarti begins Anuj sees Anupama and he mutters her name in his mind.
Anupamaa sees Anuj and calls his name out, Anuj looks at her rather dazed and then turns and runs away from her in fear. Anupama attempts to stop him and, in the process, Anuj shoves her and goes on running away. Baa speaks to Anuj about his health and Babuji tells someone to go to check on Anupama.
On sensing this, Titu, Dimpy, Sagar and others follow them while Vanraj and Toshu meekly appear behind them. They spot a man with his face concealed in some sort of scarf, but the man removes the scarf and is not the man they are looking for. Dimpy is surprised and asks how Anuj Kapadia could be that way. Titu consoles her and says it is impossible that Anupamaa could have got it wrong.
Kinjal and Sagar in Shock
Kinjal and Sagar look for Anupamaa. Still, Kinjal states she could not believe that it was Anuj Sir with her. Sagar says he came to know about Anuj from Babuji and could not believe his ill state. Kinjal looks at Anuj as a prince charming for her mother and now he is such a woeful fellow.
This babe Toshu comments on how it was shocking to see Anuj and questions whether it could in fact not have been him. To this, Vanraj strongly reminds Anupama that she will never confuse anybody with Anuj and asserts the importance of establishing the truth about the latter.
Dimpy’s Concerns
The scene here shows that Dimpy feels that she has a problem that could make papa upset with Titu. Looking at her, Titu questions if she understands what she is uttering, to which she says that she is turning out to be a Pakhi clone. He tells her that similar to how Anuj and Anupama stood up for her and aided her in seeking justice even when she was neglected by her family members. At some point, Dimpy turned away in a bid to declare that she has no intentions of remembering the past.
Titu further tries to console her and asks her to at least recall the people who supported her and should go home. He also comforts her and says he will give a hand to Mummy and help her out. On the other hand, Indra and Nandita talk about Anuj and Anupamaa, and wish that they both get united.
Anupamaa Pleads for Anuj’s Return
Anupamaa starts crying and questions Anuj on why he is avoiding her and what she has done which is wrong. She cries out to him, identifying herself as his Anu and pleads with him to listen to her. Anuj tells her to get lost and attempts to stride away from her. Anupama asks why he is like this to which Anuj yells at Anupama telling her to leave him alone. The three men arrive, Kinjal, Sagar, and Titu, while Vanraj and Toshu come running in.
Titu and kinjal get hold of Anupama as sadhus come closer and question her why the hell is she troubling Anuj, telling him not to be afraid. Anupama then asserts that Anuj Kapadia, who is famous and her husband, is in this state. She badly complains about the change of her life from Radha to Rukmini to Meera separated from Anuj and their daughter.
She demands to know anything about her daughter, and appeals to Anuj on Choti’s behalf. Vanraj then wonders where Anuj was found and the Sadhu gets to say that they found him outside the Ashram. One Sadhu tells others that he stays mute and has not given any details about him, that is why the other Sadhus have christened him Kanha.
Toshu asks the sadhu if he had anything at all like an Identity card with him, to which the sadhu shakes his head and replies in negatives. Then Vanraj angrily asks whether the police were contacted and the Sadhu replies that the police would not care, as they think he is a beggar. Anupama pleads with Sadhu to return her Anuj, and she is now weeping to her husband. The episode ends here.
This episode of Anupamaa was teary, emotional and dramatic and many would be waiting to see what happens next.
