Sony Pictures has finally announced the release date for the much-awaited animated movie Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. The film will hit theaters on June 4, 2027. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this sequel, which comes four years after Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
Sony Confirms Spider-Man Sequel Release Date
The announcement was made at CinemaCon, where the first footage from the film (Sony) was also shown. The clip featured Miles Morales, voiced by Shameik Moore, saying that he wants to follow his own path rather than what others expect from him.

This movie is produced by Phil Lord, Chris Miller, and Amy Pascal. The writing team includes Lord, Miller, and David Callaham. Hailee Steinfeld will return as Spider-Gwen alongside Moore. The film was originally set to release in March 2024, but it was later delayed. Now, with the new date confirmed, fans can finally mark their calendars.
