On January 1, 2025, Bryan was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for second-degree domestic violence. He was taken to Horry County jail, and his bail was set at $10,000.

In July 2023, Bryan was arrested for felony assault and robbery, and in October 2020, he faced charges of strangulation, assault, and interfering with a police report. Following his 2020 arrest, he pleaded guilty to menacing and assault charges and was sentenced to seven days in jail and three years of probation.
In a 2023 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Bryan downplayed the severity of his 2020 incident, stating that it was a loud argument in a townhouse with thin walls, leading to police intervention.
