In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 18, Salman Khan addressed some of the issues between contestants Karan Veer Mehra and Shilpa Shirodkar. The two have been acting overly friendly, and Salman questioned their behavior, suggesting they might be pretending to be “too nice” to each other.
Salman Khan Confronts Karan Veer
Salman reminded Karan that if he were truly as nice as he claims, his first marriage would have lasted. He also pointed out that Karan’s behavior in the kitchen, where he showed some aggression, was not in line with his image of being overly nice. Salman advised Karan to stop being too nice and to react when necessary instead of letting things slide.
Karan admitted that he feels taken for granted by Shilpa, but he explained that he values their friendship too much to expect anything in return. Despite Karan’s claim that he is the same in real life, Salman pushed him to realize that being constantly taken for granted is not acceptable.

At one point, Salman told Karan, “Rishte mai hum tumhare baap lagte hai,” meaning that he has more experience and sensibility in relationships than Karan. This statement further highlighted the age and experience gap between them.
Salman also mentioned that both Shilpa and Karan were trying too hard to support each other’s game, which could lead to misunderstandings. When fellow contestant Vivian Dsena was asked about Karan’s behavior in real life, he confirmed that Karan is actually very straightforward outside the show.
This heated exchange was part of the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, where Salman also addressed other contestants’ actions and offered advice. Meanwhile, the latest eviction saw wild card contestant Aditi Mistry being eliminated after the housemates chose Edin Rose and Yamini Malhotra as more deserving.
