Love also reminisced about her past experiences in the music industry, including a time when she felt hurt after being “ghosted” by artist PJ Harvey. She said she had supported Harvey’s career over the years, but when she reached out to her, Harvey did not respond. “Her manager tried to smooth things over, but it wasn’t okay,” Love recalled.
Throughout the interview, Love also made headlines for her past remarks about pop stars like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé. While she criticized Swift’s music, she acknowledged Beyoncé’s impact, particularly in giving a voice to Black women in spaces traditionally dominated by white artists.
