In a tweet on November 6, 2024, Rajiv suggested that Arfeen Khan should pay more attention to coaching his wife, Sara. This came after a dramatic promo from the show showed Sara having an emotional breakdown inside the Bigg Boss 18 house. In the promo, Sara is seen throwing things around the house, including bed sheets and pillows. Other housemates, including Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang, tried to calm her down, but Sara was unable to control her emotions.
Sara also had a confrontation with other contestants. She threw items at Vivian Dsena in anger and attempted to physically fight Avinash Mishra. Her husband, Arfeen, stepped in to calm the situation, but it was clear that Sara was struggling with her emotions.
