She believes that being honest with her children is essential. Seema explained, “Even though Yohan is young, I don’t lie to him. He needs to know the good, bad, and ugly.” She wants her children to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing anything they hear, whether at school or from friends.
Seema Sajdeh emphasized the importance of open communication. She treats her children like friends, allowing them to share their thoughts without fear of getting in trouble. She believes that if she does not provide answers, they might seek information online, which could lead to misunderstandings.

Since her divorce in 2022 after 24 years of marriage, Seema has worked hard to create a supportive environment for her sons, Nirvaan and Yohan. She mentioned that her mother advised her to be honest and thoughtful, and she follows this advice closely.
Seema also shared that she has returned to Bandra after moving away post-divorce, fulfilling her sons’ wishes. She tries to navigate parenting carefully, especially as her older son approaches important career decisions.
Currently, Seema is in a relationship with Vikram Ahuja, her former fiancé, and she has discussed this new chapter of her life with her children. Her son Nirvaan has expressed his support, showing that Seema’s commitment to open communication is helping them all adjust to the changes.
