Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, recently addressed rumors about dating Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. The rumors started after a picture of the two was shared on social media, which sparked a lot of excitement online.
Elon Musk Denies Dating Meloni
The picture showed Musk and Meloni sitting together at an event, and a fan club account on X (formerly Twitter) posted it with the question, “Do you think they’ll date?” Musk quickly responded, saying, “We are not dating.”

Musk also clarified in another post, “I was there with my Mom. There is no romantic relationship whatsoever with PM Meloni.”
The rumors intensified after Musk praised Meloni at an awards ceremony in New York on September 24. He presented her with the Atlantic Council Global Citizen Award and spoke highly of her character. He described her as “someone who is even more beautiful on the inside than she was on the outside” and praised her authenticity and honesty, which he said is not always found in politicians.
Giorgia Meloni thanked Musk for his kind words on social media, expressing her appreciation for his support. She received the award for her strong support of the European Union and for being the first female prime minister of Italy.
Overall, both Musk and Meloni seem to be focused on their professional roles, putting the dating rumors to rest.
