The performance is based on the script by Leslye Headland and features the main directorial work of Trip Cullman; it depicts two grown-up siblings who come back to their family home for a reunion. Other themes that come out in the story are family’s traditions where there is singing and reunion is not smooth at all. This relates to my topic of fresh tensions being created from old ones, yet the Golds have to deal with their problems while waiting for dinner. The main question is will the family survive this moment and will be able to spend next Christmas together or it will be their last.
Woodley who has featured in movies such as Fault in Our Stars and Big Little Lies is also featured in the Three Women series in Starz. She will next star the cast in the Prime Video movie of Killer Heat where she will be acting alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Richard Madden.
Quinto, who has acted with Woodley in the movie Snowden will be doing NBC’s medical drama, Brilliant Minds.
Since Cult of Love is set to premiere in November many people who are fans of both of them are waiting to see them on Broadway.
