They were blue ‘Hearos’ brand, and I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve been using them for a long time and even buying them in bulk.”
He further joked about how it was shameful for him to confess that he uses earplugs not only at loud events but also while traveling and even when sleeping every night. Jack Antonoff sarcastically expressed regret, saying he was sorry to anyone who was upset by this revelation and thanked people for noticing this “pressing issue.”
He continued his playful apology, joking that he and his band would not cancel any scheduled performances despite the “scandal.” Fans found his response funny and showed support in the comments, with many defending him and understanding his use of earplugs.
