Sofia Richie Grainge, a model and daughter of singer Lionel Richie, has had to change her daily routine since having her first child, Eloise, with her husband, Elliot Grainge, on May 20, 2024. She’s shared how becoming a mom has affected her life.
Adjusting to Sofia Richie Baby’s Schedule
Sofia Richie words during an interview on August 12, 2024, were as follows; ‘Of course, there have been changes in my schedule, especially after Eloise’s arrival.’ Initially, she was so attached to the baby, always with it. Eloise now sleeps for several small periods in a single day, including three 90-minute periods, thus, Sofia has adjusted her work and chores to these nap times. The fact of such a new routine shows that she has become rather more flexible.

Before having a baby, Sofia said she was a very organized person according to history. However, she has realized that it is not necessary to be very much bound under a timetable all through the day. Thanks to flexibility, she discovered that nothing was as complicated and stressful as before.
Sofia Richie has also assumed some new activities. She likes to spend her time scrapbooking, and doing puzzles. Across the series, she is creating a scrapbook for Eloise with memories. While pregnant she used to concentrate on large puzzles each and every day and was devoted to these new endeavors.

In a Vogue Magazine photoshoot in January 2024, Sofia revealed her pregnancy. That is when she discovered she was pregnant after she had done a home pregnancy test. At first, she performed the test and it only indicated a faint line, she was forced to repeat the test. On getting a confirmation, Sofia and Elliot agreed to remain silent until she hits the 21 weeks to reveal to the public.
Wedding and Family Life
Sofia Richie and Elliot tied the knot in an amazing wedding in the south of France in April of the year 2023. They played their first date in 2021, and knocked the engagement ring just a year later. They are now young parents and they are happy with new family additions and with the arrival of their baby, Eloise.
