Matthew Perry Fatal Ketamine Doses
Recent court documents reveal the tragic details of Matthew Perry final day. According to these documents, Perry’s assistant gave him several doses of ketamine, a powerful drug, on the day he died.

What Happened on October 28, 2023
On October 28, 2023, it was reported that Matthew Perry requested his assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, to administer ketamine to him severally. Iwamasa had the first encounter with Perry whereby he administered the first dose at 8:30 AM. He administered the second at 12.45 pm when Perry was at home watching a movie.
Perry requested a third dose 40 minutes from the second dose. He ordered Iwamasa to administer a large portion of it and also to warm up his hot tub. Iwamasa ran Perry through the motions and gave her the third dose near or in the jacuzzi. Then, Iwamasa gets out of the house of her own accord. Perry was found dead in the hot tub when he got back from his sojourn.
Legal Charges and Investigation
Kenneth Iwamasa is one of five people who has been charged over Perry’s death. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges that charged him with distribution of ketamine that caused Perry’s demise. This information was confirmed by the autopsy whereby Perry succumbed to effects of Ketamine.
Also charged alongside Iwamasa are Ketamine Queen Jasveen Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia. Not guilty have been entered by both Sangha and Plasencia. Sangha is under a lot of pressure since he was arrested on charges that accused him of dealing in drugs and especially distributing substances like ketamine. According to the charge, Dr. Plasencia conspired in the distribution of ketamine.
The Nembutal case other defendants are Erik Fleming and Dr. Mark Chavez. Fleming has claimed guilt for the charges of distribution of ketamine that led to the demise of Perry. Dr. Chavez will also change his plea to guilty to the conspiracy charges.
Perry’s Recent Struggles
Matthew Perry had been using ketamine therapy to treat his anxiety and depression before his death. His regular doctors are not facing any charges. U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada said Perry had recently relapsed into addiction, and the accused took advantage of his situation.
