Daniela Melchior is back with Amazon MGM Studios for another exciting project. She will star with comedian Eric André in the upcoming movie “Balls Up,” directed by Peter Farrelly.

About the Movie
The event described in the movie “Balls Up” is a comedy full of action and joyful moments. It is a story of two Americans working as marketing employees who get relocated to Europe only to lose their job after they mess up with a client’s sponsorship. They decide to use a ticket that has been given to them for free for a big soccer match. However, they decide on a fun day, and as you can well imagine they get so drunk that they get so drunk that they are forced to run cross country being chased by crazed individuals.
Script and Production Team
The movie script is authored by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, duo behind the smart and hilarious script. Companies involved in the production are Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger and Andrew Muscato, Wernick, and Reese. The television program is executive produced by Marc Fisher. This is the fourth collaboration between Amazon MGM and Skydance following Air, The Tomorrow War, as well as Without Remorse.

Daniela Melchior’s Rising Career
Daniela Melchior is becoming a big name in Hollywood. She recently starred in the “Road House” reboot with Jake Gyllenhaal, a movie that was very popular. Melchior’s big break was in “The Suicide Squad,” and she has also appeared in “Fast X” and “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.” She is represented by Gersh, Brave Artists Management, and Felker Toczek Suddleson.
Eric André, best known for “The Eric Andre Show” on Adult Swim, which got two Emmy nominations, will also star in “Balls Up.” Last year, André was on ABC’s “The Prank Panel” and started his podcast, “Bombing with Eric Andre.” His unique comedy style will add a special touch to the movie. André is represented by Rise Management, UTA, and Ziffren Brittenham.
