Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are known to tie the knot in the year 2011, and the couple has been under pressure and stress resulting in different legal cases to save their marriage. They now have a date when they will be going before the court to be divorced as they had sought.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Divorce Trial Date Announced
The couple is due to stand their trials on November 5th and 6th of the year 2024 in the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta Georgia. They actually have until September 25 under the schedule to attempt to resolve their problems through a conference before the trial starts.
Kim Zolciak, 46, and Kroy Biermann, 38, originally declared their decision of divorce in the month of May, 2023. Their marriage, according to Kim, was ‘irreparably broken’ and during the year they filed for divorce, there were evident attempts at the couple severally attempting to patch things up.
Multiple Filings and Allegations
Biermann later filed for a divorce again in August 2023 when he withdrew the first filing that was done in July. then petitioned to have this second filing struck off arguing that their marriage was irreparable because they were still intimate.
By December, the process of divorce was under way, with the husband and wife needed to complete the mediation by January 31, 2024. It then reached a boiling point in April 2024, when Kim called the police on Kroy after claiming that he had taken her phone and even violating the court order that the couple sleep on opposite sides of the house.
