Actor Amitabh Bachchan, who is known as Big B in Bollywood, has made a good mark in today’s world of films as well as advertising. Amitabh Bachchan first entered the advertising industry from the TV brand BPL. But his advertisement was also opposed. In this 40-second ad, he did brand endorsements along with the roles of his previous films. This was disclosed by Sanjay Prabhu, Vice President of Brand Management at BPL. Sanjay Prabhu had said that at that time we were trying to tell the people of India that Indian brands are equally as true as the brands imported from abroad. And at that time we had actor Amitabh Bachchan in the advertisement. Prior to this he had not advertised any brand. Bet you, who had not acted in any advertisement till then.

Contribution in advertising about health-

After the advertisement of BPL, Amitabh Bachchan has appeared in many brands till now. According to media reports, Parle G, India’s largest biscuit company, had advertised it to Amitabh Bachchan to beat Britannia biscuits in front of them. And in this that company was also successful. Apart from this, Amitabh Bachchan is the Goodwill Ambassador of Polio UNICEF Campaign. He was elected as an ambassador in 2005. After that in the year 2012, the World Health Organization (WHO) excluded India from the list of countries with polio epidemic. There was a lot of appreciation for this contribution of Amitabh Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan’s famous advertisement-

Many products like Cadbury Dairy Milk, Navratna Oil, ICICI Prudential Life, TVS, Flipkart, Tata Sky, Pepsi and Maggi are famous advertisements of Amitabh Bachchan. The Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye line of the Cadbury brand is quite famous and used even today. Apart from this, the advertisement of Maggi of Amitabh Bachchan was very much liked by the people.

Amitabh Bachchan Advertisement Fees-

Amitabh Bachchan comes in the list of richest actors in the film industry. Along with films, he also charges a lot of fees for the advertisement of the brand. According to the Duff & Phillips Celebrity Brand Valuation Report, Amitabh Bachchan has a brand value of US$54.2 million. And according to media reports, he charges Rs 3-5 crore from brands.
