Shrutika Arjun admitted that being a part of Bigg Boss 18 brings a mix of emotions. She feels excited but also a little sad as it’s her first time being away from her family. “I’m happy but also sad to leave my family behind,” she said.
When asked about her excitement to be on Salman Khan’s show, Shrutika revealed that she is a huge fan of the actor. “I am 90% a part of this show because of him. I can’t hear a word against him,” she said, adding that her mother is also a big fan of Salman Khan.

Shrutika Arjun shared that she can’t tolerate anyone trying to put someone down to win. “If someone tries to bring me down, it will trigger me and hurt my self-respect,” she said. She values honesty and integrity above all else.
When asked what she would miss most in the Bigg Boss house, Shrutika’s answer was simple: her family. “My family, my family, and my family,” she said, explaining how emotionally dependent she is on her loved ones. “I have never even gone on a girls’ trip without them,” she added.
Before Bigg Boss, Shrutika Arjun appeared in several Tamil shows, including the popular cooking show Cooku With Comali, where she won the title. She recalled the overwhelming love she received from fans after her appearance.
Shrutika considers herself a practical person but also emotionally invested in her relationships. “I am open to making friends on the show, but nothing beyond that. Bigg Boss is not a matchmaking site,” she said.
Shrutika revealed that her favorite contestant from Bigg Boss Tamil is Oviya, who won hearts with her strong personality in Season 1. She also mentioned that her mother watches Bigg Boss in Hindi and follows every season.
Regarding her career, Shrutika said she doesn’t plan much. “When I plan something, I end up doing the opposite,” she laughed. Despite her unpredictable career path, she is excited to see how Bigg Boss 18 will impact her future.
