Kofta Ingredients: Beetroot, garlic, soft cheese, cumin powder, green chili, corn starch, vegetable oil, and salt.

Gravy Ingredients: Ginger, tomatoes, green chilies, onions, beetroot, khova, cashew nuts, tomato puree, cumin powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, Kashmiri chili powder, cream, butter, and salt.

 Grate Beetroot and Cheese: Grate the beetroot and cheese for the koftas.

Sauté: Cook garlic, green chilies, and grated beetroot in a pan.

Add Spices: Mix in cumin powder and let it cool.

 Form Koftas: Add corn starch and salt, make balls with cheese in the middle, deep fry them, and slice.

Make Cashew Paste: Soak cashew nuts in water and blend into a paste.

Blend Beetroot: Blend beetroot into a smooth paste.

Cook Gravy: Sauté onions and garlic, add tomatoes, spices, tomato puree, khova, beetroot paste, and salt. Cook until mixed well.

Finish and Serve: Add cream and butter to the gravy. Top with beetroot kofta slices and serve.
