Suriya’s upcoming film with director Venky Atluri finally has a title. The movie is called Vishwanath & Sons, and it is set to release in July this year. Earlier referred to as Suriya 46, the film is produced by Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments. The makers shared the first-look poster along with the title, giving audiences a glimpse of what to expect.
First-Look Poster Shows A Warm Family Moment
The first-look poster presents Suriya in a soft and emotional avatar. He is seen holding a milk bottle in one hand while carrying a baby in a front carrier. The image hints that the story will focus strongly on family bonds and relationships. The look feels warm and emotional, suggesting that this film will be very different from action-heavy entertainers.
Suriya described the film as a wholesome entertainer filled with love and purpose. The poster itself gives a clear idea that Vishwanath & Sons will revolve around family emotions and meaningful connections.
Venky Atluri And Suriya’s Family Drama
Director Venky Atluri, known for his recent work in commercial cinema, is bringing a full-fledged family drama this time. The film explores relationships, love, and emotions between a 45-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman. However, the main focus remains on human emotions and family values.

Strong Supporting Cast In Vishwanath & Sons
The film features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead. It also stars Radhika Sarathkumar and Raveena Tandon in important roles. For Raveena Tandon, this marks a return to Tamil cinema after nearly 24 years since her appearance in Aalavandhan in 2001.
Music for the film has been composed by GV Prakash Kumar, adding another strong element to the project. His music is expected to enhance the emotional depth of the story.

Suriya was last seen in Retro, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Apart from Vishwanath & Sons, he has multiple projects lined up. He will be seen in Karuppu with RJ Balaji and Trisha Krishnan. Another film, tentatively called Suriya 47, will be directed by Jithu Madhavan and feature Nazriya Nazim and Naslen.
With Vishwanath & Sons, Suriya appears to be returning to a space filled with strong emotions and family storytelling. The July release is now eagerly awaited, especially by those who enjoy heartfelt dramas with meaningful characters.
