Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Karisma Kapoor recently shared a lighthearted moment on Akshay’s television game show, Wheel of Fortune. During the show, Akshay jokingly teased Karisma about owning flats in every building in Bandra. Karisma, in her witty reply, said that Akshay owns the entire Juhu area. Their playful exchange left the audience laughing and highlighted the friendly bond between the two stars.
Akshay Kumar Teasing About Bandra Flats
While interacting with Karisma on the show, Akshay said, “In Bandra, every building has one flat owned by Karisma Kapoor. The board outside the building just says ‘K Kapoor’. Even their mother, Babita Kapoor, has a board saying ‘B Kapoor’. I asked them why they are buying so many flats, and they said it’s because they want to reach Santacruz and Khar too. But they are honest people, they don’t buy more than one flat in a building. The rest of the flats are left for other people. Karisma spends her nights in different flats every day.”
This playful jab made the audience laugh, as Akshay painted a funny picture of Karisma hopping between her many Bandra flats.
Karisma’s Witty Response
Karisma Kapoor quickly responded to Akshay’s teasing with her own playful remark, saying, “Kuch bhi. Do you know he owns the entire Juhu?” Her reply showed that she was not taking the joke seriously and was enjoying the banter. Their friendly teasing reflects the close and humorous relationship that Bollywood stars often share off-screen.
This is not the first time Akshay has joked about the Kapoor sisters. During a previous appearance with Kareena Kapoor Khan on The Great Indian Comedy Central, Akshay made a similar remark about Kareena owning multiple flats in Bandra. He even joked about whether she earns rent from all those flats, which again brought a lot of laughter.

Akshay’s Upcoming Projects
Apart from his fun TV appearances, Akshay Kumar has a busy year ahead in films. He will be seen in director Priyadarshan’s psychological-thriller Haiwaan, starring Saif Ali Khan, Saiyami Kher, and Shriya Pilgaonkar. The movie is produced by Venkat K Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn, highlighting a collaboration between KVN Productions and Thespian Films.

Additionally, Akshay will star in director Ahmed Khan’s comedy Welcome to the Jungle.
