K-pop star SHINee’s Minho proves athletic power by winning first place at Dubai Run event

SHINee’s Minho is once again proving that he is more than just a K-pop idol. Known for his strong fitness and competitive spirit, Minho recently surprised fans by winning first place in his category at the Dubai Run. The event took place on November 23 and attracted over 300,000 participants from around the world. He revealed that he joined the 5km family-friendly race and aimed to run each kilometre in four minutes. Minho successfully completed the run in 19 minutes and 56 seconds, which helped him secure first place in his category. His timing impressed many viewers, especially considering his packed schedule as a singer and actor.

In the video, Minho can be seen running confidently with very few runners around him. Near the finish line, another runner suddenly passed him, which sparked Minho’s competitive spirit. He later joked that he felt the need to “show the power of South Korea” and sprinted hard in the final moments to regain his lead. His determination and energy stood out and showed why he is admired both on and off the stage.
