Jen Shah, former star of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, has been released early from prison. She was serving time at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, a minimum-security facility. Shah was transferred to community confinement, which means she is now in a halfway house or under home confinement. Authorities did not reveal her exact location for safety and privacy reasons.

Jen Shah was sentenced in 2023 to six and a half years in prison after being found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. She was involved in a telemarketing fraud scheme that targeted elderly and vulnerable victims across the country. In addition to her prison sentence, she was ordered to forfeit $6.5 million and pay restitution to her victims. Her sentence was reduced twice for good behavior, which allowed her to be released earlier than the original August 2026 date.
