Reyne Hirsch, a former Antiques Roadshow appraiser, estimates the price between $150,000 and $250,000. Another expert, Kristy Cullinane, notes that the price changes a lot depending on whether the diamond is mined or lab-grown. A mined diamond could be worth more than $200,000, while a lab-grown diamond of the same size could cost around $15,000.
