The romantic drama “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat”, starring Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa, opened in theatres on Tuesday and received a decent start at the box office. Despite facing tough competition from Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s “Thamma”, the film managed to earn Rs 8.5 crore net in India on its first day.

The film is directed by Milap Zaveri and written by Mushtaq Sheikh. It is produced by Dinesh Jain, Anshul Garg, and Raghav Sharma under the banner of Desi Movies Factory. Apart from the lead actors, it also features Shaad Randhawa and Sachin Khedekar in important roles.
