Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel, best known for films like Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai and Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, recently shared some personal thoughts in a candid conversation on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast. At the age of 50, Ameesha continues to stay unmarried, but she admitted she has always had a huge crush on Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise.
Ameesha Patel Admits Crush on Tom Cruise
When asked about her celebrity crush, Ameesha Patel quickly replied, “I have a crush on Tom Cruise. I have admired him since childhood. His picture was on my pencil box, files, and the only poster in my room was of him.” She even joked that Cruise is the only man for whom she could put aside her personal principles. Ameesha Patel added that if ever given the chance, she would not mind having a one-night stand with him, something she would never consider for anyone else.

The actress also opened up about her past relationships. She revealed that before joining films, she was in a serious relationship. However, her partner did not want her to be in the public eye. Ameesha chose to follow her career instead of giving up her dream, even though it meant the end of that relationship.
She admitted that she has remained single for most of her life, focusing on her acting career and personal goals. While she often avoids talking about her private life, this time she spoke openly about crushes, love, and marriage.

This is not the first time Ameesha has expressed admiration for the Top Gun star. In earlier interviews, she had also mentioned that if given the chance, she would have married him. At a red carpet event years ago, she even joked that she wished she could switch places with actresses who starred opposite him.
