On her Instagram, Kubbra Sait shared a funny yet emotional reel comparing her life before the show and her current reality. Earlier, she enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes from across the world. But now, inside the Rise and Fall house, she has to live on basic meals. Among them, one food item made her break down upma.

In the reel, Kubbra is seen saying that she never liked upma, not even as a child. She added that being forced to eat it regularly feels unbearable. Calling it “concrete,” she joked and cried at the same time. She captioned the post: “Look what made me CRY. UPMA. #RiseAndFall” with an emotional background song, Tadap Tadap.
Hosted by Ashneer Grover, the show highlights the reality of inequality in society. Contestants had to pick between two suitcases one golden with ₹6 lakh and one silver with ₹1 lakh. Those who chose the golden suitcase became “Rulers,” while the others became “Workers.” This created an instant divide of privilege and struggle, which drives the drama of the show.

The Rulers must protect and grow their money, while Workers strategize, sacrifice, and compete to move up. In the first challenge, Workers gave up comforts like beds to reclaim money but later lost a big chunk to the Rulers in another task.
Kubbra Sait has made her mark in films like Ready, Sultan, and City of Life. However, it was her fearless performance in Sacred Games that brought her massive recognition. She has also worked in Son of Sardaar 2 and is set to appear again as Sana in the upcoming season of The Trial.
