On July 7, 2025, Pratibha Soni confirmed through her Instagram story that she has officially filed an FIR against both Ajju and Kriti in Sector 55 Police Station, Gurgaon. This came as a reply to a follower’s question asking why she wasn’t taking legal action if the allegations were true.
Along with this, Pratibha also posted a letter to Gurgaon police, where she accused Ajju of domestic violence. In her message, she questioned how Ajju could justify hitting her when she was unable to defend herself. She expressed deep pain and disappointment over the betrayal and abuse.
