The new bungalow is very special for the Kapoor family because it has a rich history. It once belonged to the legendary Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Raj Kapoor. Later, it was passed on to Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor. Now, Ranbir and Alia have taken charge of the house and have given it a new look while respecting its legacy.
The house is large and beautiful, with many floors and plenty of green space. Both Ranbir and Alia love nature, and this is clear from the garden, terrace plants, and trees around the bungalow. The house is designed in such a way that it feels peaceful and close to nature, which makes it a perfect home for the family.
According to reports, the bungalow cost about 250 crore rupees. Although the main construction is complete, some finishing touches are still being done. It is expected that these will be finished within a couple of months, and then the family will move in.
