Country singer and The Voice Coach Kelsea Ballerini had to postpone three of her tour dates after falling sick. She made the announcement on February 6 through her Instagram Stories, apologizing to her fans for cutting her Buffalo concert short.
Why Did Kelsea Ballerini Postpone Her Shows?
During her concert in Buffalo, New York, Ballerini struggled to continue performing due to illness. She managed to sing a few songs but was unable to complete the show. She expressed her disappointment and told fans that she didn’t want to give them a “half-hearted performance.”
The affected tour dates include:
- Buffalo, New York
- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
- Toronto, Canada
These shows have now been rescheduled to April 11, 12, and 13.
In her emotional message, Ballerini told fans how sorry she was and promised to make the rescheduled concerts the best performances of her life. She assured her audience that she would give them a memorable experience once she recovered.
“I am sicker than I am trying to be, and I did not want to let anyone down tonight,” she said.
Apart from her music career, Ballerini is also gaining attention for her personal life, especially her relationship with actor Chase Stokes. She admitted that she is still adjusting to her rising fame and the public’s interest in her personal life.
“For a long time, I was just the girl who sang ‘Peter Pan,’ and I loved that role,” she shared in a recent interview. “But now, with people interested in me as a person, I’m still learning how to navigate it.”
