Raj Kundra, the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, has strongly requested the media to stop dragging his wife’s name into the ongoing ED (Enforcement Directorate) investigation. The case involves Raj Kundra and several associates, and it has sparked controversy due to allegations of money laundering and involvement in explicit content. However, Raj has firmly stated that Shilpa Shetty is not connected to the case and should not be linked to it.
Raj Kundra Defends Shilpa Shetty
Raj Kundra took to his social media to express his feelings. In a post on Instagram, he called out the media for sensationalizing the case and repeatedly involving his wife, who has no connection to the investigation. He emphasized that such actions were unacceptable and urged the media to respect personal boundaries.

Raj also dismissed the ongoing media reports about pornography and money laundering, claiming that they were exaggerated. He reassured his followers that the truth would eventually come to light, and justice would prevail. He further clarified that he had been fully cooperating with the authorities throughout the investigation, which has been ongoing for the last four years.
In support of Shilpa, her lawyer also released an official statement clarifying that she had no involvement in any illegal activities related to the case. The lawyer stated that the media’s reports linking Shilpa to the ED raid were misleading and unfounded.
The case, which began in May 2022, has seen Raj Kundra and several individuals arrested and later released on bail. The accusations have been centered around Raj Kundra’s alleged involvement in a pornography racket and money laundering. Despite the ongoing investigation, Kundra has maintained his innocence, asserting that he was wrongly implicated.
