L366 Shoot Update: 50 Days Completed
The film L366 has successfully completed around 50 days of shooting. This is a major milestone for the team. The makers are planning another long schedule of filming, which is expected to begin in May 2026.
The next phase of the shoot is likely to take place in Mumbai. With around 70 more days of shooting still pending, the film is shaping up to be a big project with a detailed production plan.
Mohanlal’s Role in L366
In L366, Mohanlal will be seen playing the role of a Sub-Inspector. The film is expected to be a mix of action and comedy, which is something fans always enjoy watching him perform.

Meera Jasmine Returns Opposite Mohanlal

Changes in Direction and Film Development
Interestingly, the project was earlier titled L365 and had a different director attached. However, due to creative changes, Tharun Moorthy took over the direction, and the film evolved into a completely new project titled L366.

Mohanlal’s Upcoming Projects
Apart from L366, Mohanlal has a busy lineup of films. He will soon be seen in Drishyam 3, directed by Jeethu Joseph. The film is now scheduled to release on May 21, 2026.
Before that, Drishyam 2 will also get a theatrical release on April 10, 2026, giving fans a chance to experience it on the big screen.
He is also working on multiple other projects, including L367 and a film with Priyadarshan.
