Actor Rashmika Mandanna has strongly reacted to the circulation of a leaked audio clip that allegedly features a private conversation involving her mother Suman Mandanna. The clip began spreading online recently and quickly brought attention back to Rashmika’s past relationship with actor Rakshit Shetty.
Taking to Instagram, Rashmika expressed serious concern about the incident. She said that sharing private conversations without permission crosses a line and violates personal privacy. The actor made it clear that such content should not be circulated or used to create unnecessary controversy.
Actor Says Private Conversation Was Taken Out of Context
Rashmika explained that the conversation being shared online is believed to be nearly eight years old. She said it appears that the audio was recorded without the knowledge or consent of the people involved.
She also said that only a small part of the conversation is being shared publicly and that it has been taken out of context. According to her, the clip is being used in a way that creates misunderstanding and unnecessary discussion around her personal life.
The actor added that this situation has caused discomfort and stress for her family.
Warning of Legal Action Against Those Sharing the Content
Rashmika Mandanna clearly warned that people sharing the leaked audio must remove it immediately. She said that if the content continues to circulate, legal action will be taken.

The actor mentioned that legal notices may be issued to individuals, digital platforms, influencers and media organisations involved in spreading the clip or related narratives. She stated that the steps will be taken under the law if the privacy-violating material is not removed.
Rashmika said it is disappointing that some people create controversy at the cost of someone else’s dignity and peace.
Old Relationship With Rakshit Shetty Back in Discussion
The leaked audio has also brought attention again to Rashmika’s earlier relationship with actor Rakshit Shetty. The two actors got engaged in July 2017 but ended their engagement the following year.
