In Telugu weddings, a coconut is known as kobbari bondam. It holds spiritual importance in Hindu rituals. When a bride carries a coconut during her wedding ceremony, it symbolises purity, fertility, and divine blessings.

The coconut is considered sacred in many Indian traditions. It is often offered to gods during auspicious events. Though the wedding took place in Rajasthan, the rituals were purely Telugu. The mandap setup, sacred fire, and ceremonial steps followed traditional customs. Vijay Deverakonda waited at the altar as Rashmika made her bridal entry, creating a beautiful and emotional moment.
The ceremony blended elegance with simplicity. Instead of adding modern twists, the couple focused on preserving cultural rituals. This balance made their wedding feel personal and meaningful.
Rashmika Mandanna’s Bridal Look
Rashmika looked like a classic Telugu bride in a rust saree with a red border designed by Anamika Khanna. The saree featured temple-inspired motifs woven across the fabric. The design reflected spiritual architecture and traditional art forms.
Her veil also carried special meaning. Near the hem, the words “in every lifetime” were embroidered in gold zari. The detailing added a romantic touch while keeping the overall look traditional.
She completed her bridal appearance with elaborate temple jewellery designed by SHREE Jewellers. The jewellery took nearly 10 months to create. Rashmika wore 11 pieces, including a choker, jhumkas, bangles, nose pin, waist belt, anklets, arm cuff, mathapatti, hathphool, champasaralu, and jada billa. The heavy gold pieces enhanced her bridal glow and perfectly matched the saree.
