Kartik Aaryan is currently in New Delhi shooting for his upcoming film Naagzilla, and the actor is clearly enjoying the capital’s winter vibes. Over the past two days, Kartik has been filming at different locations across the city, drawing large crowds wherever he goes.
The shoot first took place in Laxmi Nagar, where many people gathered to catch a glimpse of the star. Later, the team shifted their schedule to India Gate, continuing important scenes for the film. Kartik looked focused and energetic as he moved between locations, balancing work and fan interactions with ease.
Action Sequences and Public Appearances
During the Delhi schedule, Kartik was also seen filming an action sequence. Dressed for the role, he performed intense fight moves against villains, showing a different side of his character. The action scenes suggest that Naagzilla will have a strong mix of fantasy and drama along with high-energy moments.
On Tuesday evening, Kartik’s shoot at the Laxmi Nagar metro station became a major attraction. Later, he was seen posing with a few fans outside the popular Kwality restaurant. Despite the crowd, the actor remained calm and greeted people warmly, making the moment special for those who had gathered to see him.
Kartik’s connection with his audience was clearly visible as he smiled, clicked pictures, and continued with his shoot without letting the excitement distract him.
Reunion With Karan Johar
Naagzilla marks an important collaboration between Kartik Aaryan and producer Karan Johar. The two were earlier supposed to work together on Dostana 2, but the project did not move forward. Later, they reunited for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera. Now, Naagzilla becomes another major project in their renewed partnership.

The film’s mahurat ceremony took place in November 2025, and Karan Johar was present at the event. The Delhi schedule began after the team completed their Mumbai shoot.
About Kartik’s Role in Naagzilla
In Naagzilla, Kartik will be seen playing Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, an Ichadaari Naag. The first look of the film was released in April last year, creating curiosity among viewers. A motion poster later confirmed that the film will release in theatres on August 14, 2026, around the time of Naag Panchami.
The film promises to blend fantasy, folklore, and commercial entertainment. While the makers have not revealed much about the storyline, the character’s name and theme hint at a larger-than-life narrative.
Produced by Karan Johar, Mahaveer Jain, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Sujit Jain, Naagzilla is being mounted on a grand scale. There is also talk that the film could turn into a franchise if it performs well at the box office.
