Ashley St Clair, who has been described as Elon Musk’s alleged ex, has once again drawn public attention after speaking openly about the H-1B visa program and social issues on X, the platform owned by Musk. Ashley earlier claimed that she is the mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child, a claim Musk has never publicly acknowledged. Recently, she has been sharing her views after losing her blue tick and premium subscription, which she says pushed her to speak more freely about politics, tech jobs, and social responsibility.

Ashley explained that she spoke against the H-1B visa system as early as December 2024, long before her public fallout with Musk. She said the system is often misused by “visa body shops” in the tech industry. According to her, these companies bring workers from abroad, house many people in small apartments, and take a large part of their salaries. She claimed that while some jobs are advertised as high-paying roles, workers end up earning much less because of multiple middlemen involved.
During the same time, Elon Musk publicly supported the H-1B program, saying the US has benefited greatly from skilled Indian workers, though he also warned against misuse. Ashley argued that her criticism was based on facts, not personal anger. When some people called her a “bitter ex,” she responded that she was correct about the issue and that criticism only started once public opinion turned against her.
Ashley also faced backlash for referring to Elon Musk’s transgender daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, as her “son’s sister.” This comment upset many social media users because of Ashley’s past views, which were considered transphobic. In response, Ashley said she feels deep guilt for her earlier statements and admitted they may have caused harm. She said she is now trying to learn, change, and support the trans community privately.
