Tony McCollister is 43 years old and lived at a home near South Lebanon, Ohio. The property is reportedly owned by a woman named Erica Grove. Court documents state that Grove is also facing a misdemeanor charge related to sexual conduct with an animal. She did not appear on the reality show, and officials have not shared details about her relationship with McCollister. She was served a court summons and is expected to appear in court soon.

Under Ohio law, sexual conduct with an animal is considered a misdemeanor, while pandering obscenity involving a minor is a felony. If McCollister is found guilty of the felony charge, he could face up to eight years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000. A judge has set his bond at $250,000 and ordered that he have no contact with children or animals while the case continues.
