Their wedding took place at The Shilla Seoul, a five-star hotel, in a private ceremony attended only by family, relatives, and close friends. The event was under tight security, making it an intimate celebration of their love.

Other celebrities like Kim Tae-ri, Gong Hyo-jin, and Uhm Jung-hwa were also present, making the day memorable for the couple and their guests. The wedding highlighted the close connections within South Korea’s entertainment industry.

Despite a schedule conflict, Doh Kyung-soo of Exo managed to attend the wedding for a few minutes. He had earlier attended the Melon Music Awards but made a special effort to be present at Woo-bin and Min-a’s wedding. The singer-actor showed his dedication to his friend, even if he could only stay briefly. The wedding also featured a performance by South Korean singer Car, the Garden.
The couple prepared special gifts and handwritten cards for their guests. Each card thanked the attendees for joining them on their special day. Min-a and Woo-bin also made charitable donations of 300 million won (around S$260,000) to support patients and underprivileged communities. The donations went to organizations such as the Hallym Burn Foundation, Asan Medical Center, and the humanitarian group Good Friends.

Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin first met in 2015 while modeling together and began dating that same year. During Woo-bin’s battle with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017, Min-a supported him through his treatment. After his recovery, both continued their successful careers in acting.
