He claims there was a fake lawsuit used to create a false story around the tape. Ray J believes this was done to gain public sympathy and financial benefit. He says these actions fit the definition of racketeering under federal law.

Ray J also alleges that Kim and Kris caused financial harm to his family. He claims they committed credit card fraud by charging around $850,000 to accounts connected to his family. In addition, he says he was tricked into signing an agreement that stopped him from ever speaking publicly about the sex tape. Ray J further claims that lawyers representing Kim and Kris later pressured and threatened him after he discussed the issue on a podcast in 2024.
In the documents, Ray J strongly states that he believes Kim and Kris repeatedly took part in criminal activity over many years. He even compares their alleged actions to other high-profile RICO cases, claiming their behavior was worse. Ray J says he used ChatGPT to better understand racketeering laws and insists the information he received supported his views, making him more confident in his accusations.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have denied these claims. They have filed a defamation lawsuit against Ray J, saying his statements are false and damaging.
