It has been nominated in major categories such as Best Film – Musical or Comedy, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Male Actor – Musical or Comedy for Leonardo DiCaprio, and Best Female Actor – Musical or Comedy for Chase Infiniti. Its success shows strong recognition from critics and audiences alike.

Other films also received multiple nominations. Sentimental Value and Sinners follow closely, earning eight and seven nominations respectively. In the Best Film – Musical or Comedy category, One Battle After Another will compete against Blue Moon, Bugonia, Marty Supreme, No Other Choice, and Nouvelle Vague. Meanwhile, the Best Film – Drama category features Frankenstein, Hamnet, It Was Just an Accident, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value, and Sinners.
Television shows are also highlighted in this year’s Golden Globe nominations. Netflix series Adolescence received five nominations, while The White Lotus earned the most TV nominations with six. For the first time, the Golden Globes will also award Best Podcast. Popular podcasts like Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard and Call Her Daddy are shortlisted, although The Joe Rogan Experience did not receive a nomination.
