The much-awaited action film ‘Peddi’, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, starring Telugu superstar Ram Charan and Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, has now moved its shooting to Sri Lanka for the next schedule. According to sources close to the team, filming will take place at the scenic locations of the island country for several days. A video circulating online shows Ram Charan heading to the airport, marking the beginning of this new schedule.

Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, Peddi is being made on a grand scale. Earlier, the film’s team shot a grand song featuring 1,000 dancers in Mysore during Vinayaka Chavithi, while most other film crews took a holiday. The song, choreographed by Jani Master, was one of the highlights of the pre-production work.
Ram Charan has undergone a complete transformation for his role in Peddi. The film also features Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a powerful supporting role, alongside Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma in key roles. With such a strong cast, the movie promises intense performances and action-packed sequences.

The technical team of Peddi is equally impressive. R. Rathnavelu is handling the cinematography, ensuring visually stunning shots, while National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli is taking care of the editing. Post-production work is also happening simultaneously to keep the film on schedule. The team is working hard to make sure everything is ready for a grand Pan-India release.
