The couple chose the special occasion of Diwali 2025 to share this joyful moment with fans. After keeping their daughter away from the media for several months, Deepika and Ranveer surprised everyone by posting beautiful family pictures online.

In the photos, the family looked picture-perfect in traditional outfits. Deepika and little Dua twinned in red ethnic dresses, while Ranveer wore a cream kurta with a jacket, complementing them beautifully. Baby Dua, with her bright smile and tiny ponytails, instantly captured everyone’s hearts. In one image, she was seen playfully biting her fingers as her parents lovingly looked on. Another photo showed Deepika holding Dua during a Diwali puja, creating a moment full of warmth and serenity.

Deepika and Ranveer welcomed Dua in September 2024, and revealed her name two months later. The name “Dua,” which means “prayer” in Arabic, reflects their feelings of gratitude and hope. Deepika shared earlier that the name was inspired by their shared love for poetry and music.
