Directed by Sujeeth, OG stars Pawan Kalyan as Ojas Gambheera, a former gangster who returns to Mumbai to face a new threat. The movie features Emraan Hashmi in his Telugu debut as the antagonist, Omi, along with Priyanka Mohan, Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj in important roles. Within a week of release, the film has crossed ₹160 crore in India, highlighting its massive popularity.

Speaking at the success meet, Pawan Kalyan said that bringing a story to life on screen is much harder than writing it. He admitted that he didn’t fully understand the story at first but realized its relevance for today’s generation after seeing his son enjoy it. He expressed excitement about continuing the OG universe, saying the film has motivated him to return to filmmaking. Pawan also acknowledged that setbacks in the film industry can be discouraging, but the success of OG has given him fresh energy and inspiration.
