Karan Johar, who has been close to the Khan family for years, took to Instagram to post a heartfelt message along with a picture of Aryan. He wrote that Aryan has chosen a path that many did not expect directing. According to Karan, Aryan worked tirelessly for more than two years to create this project and never took the opportunity for granted. He described Aryan as someone with a unique style of storytelling and expressed excitement for audiences to finally witness his voice as a filmmaker.
Karan Johar also added a personal touch by thanking Aryan for giving him a small role in the series. “I was secretly hoping you would ask me,” he admitted with humor, while also reminding Aryan that the journey of films is long and this is only the beginning.
The Ba**ds of Bollywood is a satirical drama that takes a fun yet sharp look at the Hindi film industry. The show features actors like Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal, Anya Singh, Mona Singh, Gautami Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Rajat Bedi, and Manish Chaudhari. It also includes surprising cameos from Bollywood superstars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar himself, Ranveer Singh, and rapper Badshah.
