The new season of Bigg Boss 19 has already started with plenty of drama and heated arguments. This year’s theme, “Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar,” has divided contestants into two camps, one acting as the ruling party and the other as the opposition. Among the many fights inside the house, actress Kunickaa Sadanand has found herself at the center of attention.
Gauahar Khan Defends Kunickaa Sadanand Respect
Recently, former Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan showed her support for Kunickaa on social media. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Gauahar wrote that she feels bad for Kunickaa because most contestants behave rudely with her. She reminded everyone that Kunickaa is senior to them and is of their mothers’ age, so they should treat her kindly. Gauahar also said she believes people are misunderstanding Kunickaa’s tone of voice.
Apart from this, Gauahar Khan also questioned the show’s rules, asking why sunglasses are being allowed inside the house this season, something that was not permitted earlier. Her posts have sparked reactions from fans, who appreciated her for standing up for Kunickaa.
Interestingly, Gauahar has not spoken much about her brother-in-law Awez Darbar and his girlfriend Nagma Mirajkar, who are also contestants this season. Awez recently had an emotional breakdown after a fight with Gaurav Khanna during nominations, and Kunickaa was one of the people who tried to comfort him.

Kunickaa Sadanand is a veteran actress who has been working in films and television since the late 1980s. She is best known for playing strong or comic characters in films like Beta (1992), Khiladi (1992), Gumraah (1993), and Hum Saath-Saath Hain (1999). She has also acted in several TV serials such as Kanoon and Kaal Bhairav Rahasya.
With Gauahar Khan openly supporting her, fans are now curious to see if Kunickaa’s journey in Bigg Boss 19 will change. The show streams daily at 9 pm on JioCinema and airs later at 10:30 pm on Colors TV.
