Salman Khan Performs Aarti, Celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi With Parents Salma, Salim Khan And Loving Siblings

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan welcomed Ganpati Bappa with his entire family this year. The actor, along with his parents, siblings, and close relatives, came together to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 in a traditional way. The puja and aarti were performed at his sister Arpita Khan’s home, where the entire Khan family gathered.

Salman Khan Celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi With Family

The celebration started with a glimpse of the beautifully decorated Ganesh idol, adorned with flowers and lights. First, Salma Khan, Salman’s mother, performed the aarti. She was followed by Salim Khan, the veteran writer and Salman’s father. Later, Salman himself performed the aarti as devotional Ganpati songs played in the background. He looked simple yet elegant, dressed in a black shirt and beige trousers.

The festive spirit continued as Salman’s siblings Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, and Alvira Khan, along with their families, took part in the rituals. Arpita Khan and her husband Aayush Sharma were also seen with their children Ahil and Ayat during the puja. The family bonded over prayers, chants, and devotion, keeping the tradition alive.

The event was not only limited to the Khan family. Actor couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, along with their children, also joined the celebration. Everyone performed the aarti one by one, and the ceremony ended with another close look at the idol of Lord Ganesha.

Salman Khan shared a short clip of the celebrations on X (formerly Twitter). Though he did not add a caption, the video was enough to show the warmth, faith, and togetherness of the family. Fans quickly reshared the clip and appreciated Salman for staying connected with his roots and traditions.

Apart from the festivities, Salman Khan is also busy with work. He was last seen in AR Murugadoss’ Sikandar with Rashmika Mandanna. Next, he will play an Indian Army soldier in Battle of Galwan, a film inspired by the 2020 India-China border clashes. At the same time, he continues to host the popular reality show Bigg Boss 19, which airs daily on COLORS TV and streams on JioHotstar.
