Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has once again made headlines, not for a film but for a personal decision. The actor has rented out his luxury sea-facing apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, to his girlfriend and actress-singer Saba Azad. According to property documents, she will pay ₹75,000 per month for the house.

The apartment is located in Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. It covers a large area of nearly 12,000 square feet and offers a direct sea view. Hrithik bought three floors in this building back in October 2020 for nearly ₹97.5 crore. These include the 18th floor and a duplex spread across the 19th and 20th floors.
As per the agreement signed on August 4, 2025, a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh was also paid. The rental contract is valid for one year.
Hrithik Roshan is known for his active interest in real estate. Earlier this year, he rented out a 2,727 sq. ft. office space in Goregaon for ₹5.62 lakh per month. He also renewed a lease for a large 9,209 sq. ft. commercial property in Pune for ₹6.08 lakh monthly. In May 2025, Hrithik and his father Rakesh Roshan sold three flats in Andheri for ₹6.75 crore.

Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad made their relationship official in 2022 when they appeared together at filmmaker Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party. Since then, Saba has been seen at many Roshan family functions and gatherings.
Saba Azad will next be seen in the film Songs of Paradise on Amazon Prime. Hrithik has publicly supported her projects and often shares encouraging messages. On the other hand, Hrithik was last seen in War 2 alongside Jr NTR. Although the film had a strong opening, it struggled to maintain momentum at the box office.
