Dominic Purcell married Rebecca Williamson in 1998, and the couple had four children daughters Lily-Rose and Audrey, and sons Augustus and Joseph. After ten years together, they divorced in 2008.
In 2015, Dominic revealed that he had been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, a rare type of skin cancer. He explained that spending a lot of time outdoors in his Australian childhood without sun protection led to the condition. Thankfully, doctors were able to remove the cancer successfully.

In August 2023, Dominic Purcell married Tish Cyrus, the ex-wife of country music star Billy Ray Cyrus. Their wedding was a small and intimate poolside ceremony in Malibu. Tish wore a strapless white gown, while Dominic kept it simple with a white shirt and black trousers. The marriage marked Dominic’s second and Tish’s third.
