In one of the videos, Tanushree Dutta appeared very upset and said, “I just called the police. They told me to come to the police station and file a proper complaint. I am not well. I’ve been harassed so much in the last five years that I’ve become sick.” She also mentioned that the stress has caused her to suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, making her daily life and work very difficult.

This is not the first time Tanushree has spoken about being harassed. In 2018, she made headlines when she accused actor Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her during a film shoot in 2008. That case played a major role in starting India’s MeToo movement, where many women came forward to talk about similar experiences.

Tanushree said she plans to file a First Information Report (FIR) with the police about these recent events. The police have asked her to come in person to register the complaint.

Many of her fans have shown support online, asking authorities to ensure her safety. Tanushree’s courage in speaking out once again has brought attention to the issue of personal safety and harassment, especially for women living alone.
